Credited with setting-up and successfully running a >800 team organization - Interactive Business Solutions which is a leading name in the ITES sector amongst companies managing domestic clients, Anu worked with the organization for >15 years. She was dealing as a service provider with large conglomerates such as Bharti Airtel, Tata Teleservices, Reliance Telecom, Mahindra, DLF to name a few.

Kanishka has a hospitality background with a work experience of over 7 years across leading names such as Jaypee Group and Mainland China (Specialty Group of Restaurants). He has done his Hotel Management from IHM Lucknow and prior to joining Mystique in 2013, he has had rich working experience in the Retail industry with SSIPL. A strong people person, he believes in fair play, justice & understands & imbibes Service Ethos which is a must for our industry.

A through professional with rich experience in Retail Accounting and Finance. Successfully led The Genesis- Luxury Brands Finance team as a business Controller for more than 8 years. He holds a degree in cost accounting and has more than 20 years of experience in the retail sector.

A L&D professional with more than 15 years of experience in training functions, competency mapping, employee engagement and recruitment. Experienced with manual writing, behavioural training, content design. Spearheaded Training functions for various retail and hospitality organisations like Nirula’s , NIS Sparta and SSIPL . Megha holds a 12 plus years of experience in Retail Industry and worked with companies like Madura Garments, SSIPL Retail. Her core strength areas are Retail Planning, Buying, Merchandising & Visual Merchandising. An enriching experience both at a Brand and Franchisee level and an added advantage of being a guest lecturer at various retail colleges like IIT, NIFT, BIMTECH, Pearl adds value to her portfolio .

He joins us from Harvard Business School, where he was leading the HR Consulting practice for Middle East & Asia Pacific, leading a team spread across Dubai, India & Singapore. Have worked with clients to identify and address their needs for organizational transformations and change. Prior to Harvard he was the Director HR for a Real Estate Consulting firm & also has been the Managing Director for Wilson Learning & the Chief Operating Officer of an ICICI subsidiary. With his more than 20 years of experience he gets along immense wealth of knowledge in Human Resource Management.

A thorough professional with rich experience of 12 years in Sales. Have successfully led the teams at brands like Kaya Enterprise limited & Vodafone. Termed as Business head for SSIPL Levis, Home credit & Make My Trip (South East Asia). With strong expertise in operations & sales she also imbibes the service ethos which is important for any industry.
